Salvatore Barba executive chef and owner of Restaurant "IL RITROVO" began his culinary career in 1980.
His passion for the real kitchen is expressed around 12 years, when the boy during the summer alongside the family in their small restaurant in Montepertuso.
So after finishing the Hotel Institute in Naples decided to follow tradition and the roots of the family becoming the chef of the restaurant "IL RITROVO"
So he began to propose new traditional light dishes but always helped by the skilful hand of Luis mom and dad Dominic and assisted in the hall by his brother Paolo.
Salvatore opened her first cooking school for foreigners in 2000.
